🚙 Speed Limit and Street Parking

Speed limit is 15 mph. Roads are private, and narrow. 

Watch out for pedestrians - Residents love to walk the streets, with friends and with their dogs. 

No parking near mailboxes or an intersection. If a car is already in the street, park on that same side to allow vehicle access.  Visitors should park in driveways when possible.

No overnight street parking is permitted.
